Question by abhmom: neck discomfort?
I’m 32 yrs old and I have been obtaining neck pain on the left side of my neck now for about two weeks. The pain is genuinely bad at times. If I tilt my head to the left I really feel like I have to struggle to get it quite far and it causes some added pain. If I tilt my head to the right it feels like it goes further alot simpler with much less discomfort. It causes the prime of my left shoulder to harm at occasions. Does any person have any ideas as to what this is or if I need to have to see a Dr.

Definately go to an orthopedic medical doctor. That is who you will have to locate anyways. It sounds like you could have one thing going on with a disc or actually with your shoulder. You could have a tiny lesion or tear in your shoulder also. The only way to get a definitive diagnosis is to go see the medical doctor and get an xray and possibly an MRI. Take ibuprofen for now as that will aid with any inflammation caused in the injury. Make that apt. and good luck!!

OH! I feel the same thing… What I did was rub Nuprin Muscle and Joint Cream. And drink Target’s Acetaminophen. Then wrap your neck around with a towel. There’s nothing you can do, but this will make it feel a little better…
